Bi-Weekly Couples Group
- Are you ready to improve, strengthen and enhance your intimate relationship?
- Are you already highly aware of the profound impact that a healthy, loving marriage has on your kids?
- Are you currently in couples therapy and looking for a ‘booster shot’ because you’ve hit a plateau?
- Do you sometimes have parenting issues or differences come up that you don’t know how to best handle?
- Have you done couples therapy in the past and want a refresher?
The power of group work is phenomenal in transforming yourself and your relationship. I know – I’ve co-facilitated numerous couples retreats AND participated with my partner to improve my own relationship. Still not sure? You can read more about group benefits in our FAQs page.
You will learn, practice and sharpen skills designed to:
- Enhance your intimacy and closeness
- Recognize negative cycles and break negative patterns
- Acquire better communication tools
- Improve your sex life
- Embrace your strengths and the uniqueness each partner brings to the relationship
Using a combination of teaching how to be in relationships in a healthy way AND practicing skills in the group, your intimate partnership will evolve into an even stronger and more meaningful connection. This is the beginning of a transformational journey for yourself, your partner, and ultimately, your family!
Bi-weekly classroom-style lectures and videos, combined with group discussion and exercises.

"Hearing others' perspectives and putting my own thoughts and experiences into words helped me take abstract ideas that I've been reading about and apply them more directly to my life."
"Digesting and understanding why I avoid conflict has been on my mind lately and this section certainly helped me confront this trait in myself."
"Sharing my vulnerability of my thoughts and feelings. Hearing others do the same. The topics each week are important and highly relatable. It also provokes me to think about myself and relates to my self-care."
