Weekend Couples Workshop

The private weekend couples intensive workshop might be the right solution for you. Join Meredith Keller, LPC and other couples in-person over the weekend for a fun and informative marriage enrichment workshop. You'll gain new insight into yourself and your partner, spend a dedicated weekend focusing only on your intimate relationship, without the distractions of day-to-day life, and leave with several actionable items to refresh and strengthen your relationship. The content of the couples weekend workshop is based on Meredith's masterclass, which she developed based on her 21+ years of experience working with couples, Reconnect With Your Partner. If you have your own couples counselor, you can be ready to return to your weekly sessions once your weekend intensive is concluded PLUS Meredith and the sending therapist can consult so the weekly couples counseling can maintain what's been learned in the workshop.
The content of the couples weekend intensive are as follows:
- Building your support network and relationship skillset
- Mastering your emotions (instead of over-reacting or shutting down or feeling awful)
- Listening to your spouse without reacting (even when you disagree)
- Talking to your partner so they can hear you
- Brainstorming solutions
- An advanced view of marriage (and why conflicts occur)
- Opening up the lines of communication about sex
- Friendship in a long-term relationship
The couples weekend workshop takes place over the course of a weekend, and is scheduled in the following way:
Friday 7:00-8:30pm
Saturday 9:00-6:00pm
Sunday 9:30-5:00pm
A one-hour lunch break is included in this length of time for Saturday and Sunday. Lunch is not included in the cost of the workshop, but we can give you several recommendations for restaurants in the area.

This private weekend workshop is not available for insurance reimbursement because it is enrichment, not psychotherapy.
