COUPLES THERAPIST POSITION

Requirements:

• Masters level NJ-licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
• CLINICAL EXPERIENCE IN ASSESSMENT AND INTERVENTIONS WITH COUPLES IS A MUST
• Ability to teach tools/skills in session, to calm and redirect couples when needed, and to retain clients
• 14-16 clinical hours with possibility of expansion

• Full office services, administrative support, EHR system
• Weekly case consultation
• Referrals from a waitlist
• In-person and remote flexibility
• Very low no-show rate due to unique scheduling/cancellation policy
• W-2 employee (not 1099 contractor)
